  • Assist with budget development and management for the nursing department, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license by the State Board of Nursing.

  • On-call availability required.
