Job Description

South College invites applications for the position of Higher Education Financial Administrator. As a member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for implementing student financial aid processes and services at our Knoxville Campus. Your primary focus will be on counseling students regarding federal aid, collecting documentation, and ensuring timely award disbursements.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge of financial aid regulations, we seek candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in financial aid or accounting/management preferred
  • Knowledge of Federal Financial Aid/Title IV practices and regulations strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
