About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports on key department metrics, using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

  • Establish and implement standard performance metrics and reports using big data analytics to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and execute recurring reporting, ensuring the information is accurate and readily accessible to the commercial sales team and business heads.
  • Conduct project-based and ad-hoc business analysis, formulate senior management presentations, and perform data mining and visual storytelling.
  • Support the development and deployment of departmental standard work and tools aimed at improving team efficiencies and reducing duplicate work.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations and/or analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in designing, executing, and integrating data from multiple sources to highlight actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to define business data requirements, gather and validate information, and apply statistical modeling and analysis.
  • Experience consulting on data visualization techniques and developing enterprise dashboards for measuring, tracking, and executing on strategic goals and initiatives.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $95,000, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other voluntary benefit options. We also offer 3 weeks of paid vacation, 11 holidays, and 8 sick days. Additionally, we provide a 401(k) plan with a 3% company contribution and match.
