Nurse Practitioner Leadership Role

This position is responsible for overseeing all nursing services delivered within the inpatient population. The Director of Nursing will organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate all nursing staff to improve medical outcomes and quality of medical services provided. Previous experience with behavioral health populations is required. Key responsibilities include coordinating medical services with program directors and other personnel, developing new programs, reviewing and revising medical policies and procedures, maintaining records and reports, and supervising LPNs, RNs, and MAs/CNAs. A BSN in Nursing is required, and registration in WA as a Registered Nurse is also required.
