Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DISH in customers' homes, providing top-notch service and support
  • Install and configure smart home devices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Consult with customers on their smart home possibilities, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within individual weight limit requirements
  • Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
