We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Ramona Tire & Service Centers. As a General Service Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform non-technical service repairs, including oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments, flushes, and more.
- Work alongside ASE Certified Automotive Technicians to gain valuable training and experience.
- Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections in an ethical manner, following all company and state guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety procedures and reporting any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
