Aon is seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our Property Reinsurance Broking team. As a key player in this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Atlanta office.

The Aon Fac Facility team is an industry leader, specializing in a fast-growing product within reinsurance. You will be part of a dynamic group located throughout the US, servicing US-based Insurance clients.

What You'll Do
  • You will work with complex data to create comprehensive internal management systems, monitoring and tracking all steps within the placement process.
  • You will identify specific client and prospect needs, developing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • You will develop comprehensive relationships with key markets, staying knowledgeable about current risk appetite and market dynamics.
  • You will assist in the development of sales and marketing strategy to cultivate revenue generation opportunities.
  • You will maintain a thorough understanding of all available Aon resources and solutions, matching them to client business requirements.
  • You will achieve high client satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • You will foster a team approach to internal and external business relationships.
Requirements
  • 6+ years broking and/or underwriting commercial lines experience, with a focus on Property Reinsurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • CPCU or ARE designation or progression towards is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of commercial property insurance (previous experience in reinsurance is an asset).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with capability to interact with major clients to cultivate strong relationships.
  • Excellent communicator with internal and external clients.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with keen negotiation, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, able to multi-task and manage projects.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, committed to delivering top-notch client service, quality, and results.
  • Previous formal or informal experience in managing teams or direct reports.
  • Expert with top-notch client relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to travel.
