Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Masking Technician to join our team at a growing aerospace company. As a key player in our precision coating operations, you will be responsible for applying masking materials to metal parts, handling heavy parts with precision, and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities:- Apply masking materials (tape and plugs) to metal parts to prepare them for coating.
- Handle parts weighing up to 30+ pounds with precision.
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics.
- Follow all FAA Regulations, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Use computer skills to manage documentation, read blueprints and other related tasks.
- 2 years of experience in a masking or coating role.
- Ability to work up to 8 hours of overtime per week.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Blueprint Reading (1 year of experience required).
- Masking and Coating skills.
- Computer Skills (1 year of experience required).
- Hand Tools (1 year of experience required).
