Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates is a multispecialty, primary care practice with over 65 physicians. We have several offices across the South Shore and are affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center, and South Shore Hospital.

We believe that patient care comes first. Our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff recognize the importance of prompt, expert, and compassionate care for patients with a range of medical needs.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Practice Assistant to support our Family Medicine team. As a Practice Assistant, you will serve as the gatekeeper of our practice, ensuring that our teams deliver the highest quality experience for our patients.

Responsibilities include check-in, check-out, phone reception duties, and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments. Our Family Medicine practice continues to grow, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about growing with our team to achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Prior medical office experience preferred
