The OpportunityWe are seeking a full-time Practice Assistant to support our Family Medicine team. As a Practice Assistant, you will serve as the gatekeeper of our practice, ensuring that our teams deliver the highest quality experience for our patients.
Responsibilities include check-in, check-out, phone reception duties, and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments. Our Family Medicine practice continues to grow, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about growing with our team to achieve their professional goals.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Prior medical office experience preferred
