Customer Engagement Specialist - Pharmaceutical Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage healthcare providers through various virtual and digital tools, offering expanded expertise on products and approved conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide seamless care and digital-enabled support to bridge care gaps.
  • Develop and implement local market strategies, leveraging insights to inform business goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate speaker programs, organize local provider groups, and facilitate discussions on experiences and outcomes with local and regional leaders.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare providers on topics such as product access, on-label information, and established guidance on patient care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
  • Reside within commutable distance of 50 miles of the primary city in the sales territory.
  • Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities include cross-functional industry experience, clinical nurse or Advanced Practice Nurse experience, and proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers.
