About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Associate Director of Advising. This role is responsible for providing support to students, faculty, and staff across the University. You will work closely with the Director of Advising and Student Affairs to develop and implement programs and activities that promote student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student affairs functions for entry-to-practice students, including designing and implementing new student orientation and family weekend activities
  • Develop and maintain complex plans of study for students
  • Analyze undergraduate issues and determine appropriate follow-up
  • Manage cases for students in crisis, including referring students to appropriate resources and following up with students and advisors

Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 per year

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in a university setting. A master's degree in higher education or a related field is preferred. You must be able to effectively manage multiple projects, work in a team environment, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
