The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the initial point of contact for our members and prospective members, embodying the Soapy Joe's experience. Our team is dedicated to exceeding expectations daily through authentic and engaging service. The CSR plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, efficient, clean, and friendly experience for our customers.
This role involves:
- Membership Growth: The team member must articulate and demonstrate the benefits of memberships to customers through product knowledge and effective communication.
- Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: The team member must maintain a professional appearance and consistently deliver exceptional service through a welcoming and engaging demeanor.
- Improving Processing Efficiency: The CSR will collaborate with team members to optimize service speed and efficiency.
- Skill Development: The team member will undergo various training sessions to adapt to their new role, with ongoing learning being a fundamental aspect of their responsibilities.
Education/Training:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be physically capable of performing essential functions, often in demanding conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to participating in assigned training programs.
- Able to navigate various tools and office equipment.
- Proficient in operating computers and electronic devices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, crouching, and lifting.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
$17.50 per hour
Salary Information:
$17.50
