Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for generating comprehensive financial reports, executing month-end closing activities, and interpreting financial data to provide insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and compile detailed Financial Reports that accurately represent the financial health of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and actionable financial insights.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets for designated accounts.
- Conduct monthly closing procedures, including reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Support team members in analyzing their financial performance to enhance overall outcomes.

Analytical Duties:
- Investigate and analyze variances, proposing strategies for financial and operational improvements.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake special projects and prepare various ad hoc reports as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables.
