Independent Sales Organization Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated ISO Relations Manager to join our team at MNY Capital. As a leading alternative financing company based in Brooklyn, NYC, we specialize in providing customized financial solutions to merchants nationwide. The ideal candidate will have industry expertise and a proven track record in Alternative Finance products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating referral partnerships across the country, focusing on independent sales organizations (ISOs). Key responsibilities include building a broker network in the MCA industry, facilitating credit decisions, monitoring deal performance metrics, maintaining market share, and achieving volume targets. Responsibilities:
- • Develop & manage relationships with ISOs
- • Oversee ISO deal flow
- • Monitor ISO performance
- • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the ISOs and internal ISO Managers
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Merchant Cash Advance Industry
- An existing book of business/contacts in the MCA space
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- A proven track record in Alternative Finance products
- A strong drive to generate new business
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- An outgoing and energetic personality
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the average salary for similar roles in the NYC area.
