Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in hospice or palliative care, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of hospice care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
