Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Salem Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing research projects
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- 2+ years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
