Developmental Disabilities Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and well-being
- Conduct assessments and observations to identify client needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and strategies
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field
- Two years of related experience
- Training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment
- Knowledge of specialized populations and expertise in special disciplines
- Reliable, responsible, and caring nature with ability to work well with others
