About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Servicing Specialist to join our team at United Wholesale Mortgage. As a key point of contact for our mortgage clients, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accepting incoming calls from clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Making outbound calls to clients to address their concerns and provide updates on their accounts.
  • Responding to emails from clients and resolving their issues efficiently.
  • Working closely with our sub-servicer to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of client requests.
  • Cross-training to learn other areas of our Servicing team and expanding your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a mortgage servicing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, formulas, and PivotTables.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to use software applications to manage tasks and workflows.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Onsite, full-time attendance is expected.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
