  • Event Preparation: Assist in event preparation, including New Employee Orientation, Recruiting, Wellness, and other district events as needed.
  • Professional Development: Gain exposure to Human Resources-related issues, observing conversations, presentations, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
  • Special Projects: Perform other job responsibilities as assigned, including drafting job postings, running reports, reviewing/analyzing confidential data, and representing TxDOT at recruiting events.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
