We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician Oxygen Transfill to join our team at Apria. As a Production Technician Oxygen Transfill, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient filling of high-pressure medical oxygen cylinders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and prepare aluminum and steel cylinders for filling
  • Connect cylinders to filling manifolds and fill high-pressure cylinders with oxygen
  • Disconnect, test, and inspect cylinders to verify filling requirements
  • Perform post-fill processes and store oxygen cylinders in designated areas
  • Document all work performed according to written policy and maintain accurate files
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and basic warehousing principles
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. or less and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical degrees or relevant technical training
  • Experience with chemicals, hazardous gases, and gas analysis
  • Experience in an FDA-regulated production environment
Work Environment

The Production Technician Oxygen Transfill will work in a high-pressure transfill plant with varying noise levels and temperature ranges. Proper protective equipment will be provided and required while working in this environment.
