Job Description
As a Pharmacy Technician Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our research and development teams in the preparation and management of investigational medicinal products (IMPs). Key responsibilities include:
Compiling IMPs for patients and clinical studies, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Processing physician IMP orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Organizing, labeling, and packaging IMPS, adhering to stringent regulatory standards.
Monitoring facility safety procedures to guarantee regulatory compliance, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborating with manufacturing teams as an operator or verifier, contributing to the efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Maintaining manufacturing areas and equipment to ensure safety guidelines and regulations are met, adhering to GMP standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
Limited working knowledge of the drug manufacturing and/or dispensing process, understanding the key principles and best practices.
Limited working knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, being familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Basic knowledge of environmental monitoring data integrity, understanding the importance of maintaining accurate records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
