Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Florence Unified School District. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing hardware and software related support to students, staff, and stakeholders of Florence Public Schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to students, staff, and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.
- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base to improve technical support processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
