Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

At LaserAway, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for scheduling appointments, conducting consultations, and describing LaserAway's treatments to potential patients. You will build rapport with patients, explain product and service capabilities, and prepare financing contracts with lenders. Additionally, you will introduce new products and services to existing accounts, upsell additional products and services, and ensure a positive experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and conduct consultations to describe LaserAway's treatments.
  • Build rapport with patients and explain product and service capabilities.
  • Prepare financing contracts with lenders and introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
  • Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
  • Check patients in/out, maintain a clean and professional clinic, and restock inventory.
  • Engage with patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in on-site luxury retail sales with a commission-based structure or 3+ years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic dermatology, or related industries.
  • Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
