Job Summary

This role is responsible for planning and executing manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require a 4-year degree. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of forming experience, along with experience running manufacturing equipment and producing parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline
  • Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers and how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
  • Use some level of judgment and have ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing, preferably related to forming)
  • Desired characteristics: humble, transparent, focused, leadership ability, problem solver
