Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to city employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, data entry, and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient operations.
  • Parts Procurement: Research and procure parts/equipment from vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into inventory systems, including vendor receiving documents and customer requisitions.
  • Travel: Occasionally drive a company vehicle to pick up parts from vendors, ensuring safe and efficient travel.
Requirements
  • 1 year computer experience
  • 24-hour availability
  • Valid Driver's License with 2 years of driving experience
  • 1 year experience with auto or heavy-duty truck parts
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license
Physical Requirements

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
