Sales and Client Relations Professional

XIT CPAs is an elite CPA firm focused on wealth and tax strategy development, implementation, and maintenance for business owners, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs.
We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, prioritizing new business acquisition and maximizing value-added services for existing clients.
- Value Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to targeted clients, increasing from 5 per week initially to 25 per week by the end of the cycle.
- Client Retention & Renewals: Oversee the renewal process for key TAS and CAS clients, clearly demonstrating added value to secure renewals.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate client records in the Pipedrive CRM, maintaining data integrity for seamless reporting and follow-ups.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of client retention and new client acquisition.
- Familiarity with Corevee, Thomson Reuters, and CRM systems.
- Strong persuasion skills with a focus on delivering high-value engagements.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary of $75,000 per year, plus uncapped commission percentage based on close rate performance and value of service sold.
- Unlimited PTO, remote work environment, QSEHRA health plan contribution, and 401K with a 3% match after 6 months.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
