Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and effectively communicating our technology solutions to prospective clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value of our technology solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in technology sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and Apollo or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes.
