We're a global learning platform and app that millions of students, teachers, and everyday people use to study any subject imaginable for school, work, or personal interests. We're on a mission to make learning accessible and fun for everyone.
Our Data Science & Analytics team is at the forefront of product research, leveraging our rich data set to represent the voice of our students and teachers at scale. We're looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our Ads team and help us build an amazing ads product for our users and advertisers.
As a Data Scientist on our Ads team, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Ad Ops, and Finance to drive product strategy using data science. You'll bring together insights across our ads and user engagement data to identify new high-value opportunities, analyze A/B test experiments, and recommend data-driven product decisions.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco office hubs. You'll be embedded in a specific product pod and partner with the Ads Product Manager to own A/B testing through the entire experimentation life cycle.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience working on the publisher side of the ads business, 5+ years of experience in data science at a consumer internet company, and advanced SQL skills. You'll also need to be a strong communicator who can effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas to others.
We offer a competitive salary, company stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, and paid time off. We're an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
We're excited to hear from you if you're passionate about data science, analytics, and building amazing products for our users and advertisers.
