About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our team at Wellth, a leading healthcare technology company. As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving health outcomes through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable analytics solutions to track growth marketing performance and drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a codebase for Wellth's data analysis and visualization package, focusing on user growth and acquisition marketing.
  • Build predictive models to identify high-risk patients for Wellth programs and optimize growth metrics like enrollment and churn.
  • Integrate multiple marketing channels and experiments in a scalable manner to power analytics and model building.
  • Develop durable self-service data tools operating on marketing data across diverse channels (email, SMS, mail, phone, in-clinic, and more) that support insights for our marketing team.
  • Design and analyze A/B growth marketing tests to assess the effectiveness of different customer acquisition strategies and campaigns.
  • Triage operational issues, address data bugs, and create and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an analytics engineer or data analyst working with marketing-related data sets.
  • Experience working with marketing tech stacks, including campaign orchestration systems, channel execution systems, CRMs, DMPs, ESP, website analytics, Twilio, ad platforms, SEO, and more.
  • Advanced proficiency in writing clean and maintainable SQL, Python, and shell scripts for automation, analysis, and ETL using industry best practices.
  • Experience working on software development teams, including proficiency with Git for collaborating via pull/merge requests and knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Comfort with autonomy in the face of ambiguous problems, delivering independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex data in an accessible way.
