Fleet Compliance Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant operation of our transportation fleet. This includes managing transportation safety and compliance processes and practices, working closely with our management team to develop and implement policies, practices, and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct oversight of employees and ensure compliance with transportation safety regulations.
- Manage Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) and ensure they are current and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with CSA and D&A program requirements.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with terminal managers to address safety concerns and provide training and support.
- Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Strong knowledge of transportation safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
