We are seeking a highly accomplished Project Management Executive to join our team at Q2 Impact. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects across various sectors.

About the Role

The Project Management Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including contractual obligations, financial oversight, technical performance, client relations, staff management, and business development.

  • This includes overseeing strategic planning and technical direction of project activities to fulfill objectives, in collaboration with the Chief of Party.
  • Supervising programmatic, technical, financial, contractual, and administrative operations of the project, ensuring efficient and appropriate resource allocation, effective and accurate budget management, pro-active risk mitigation, and innovative and high-quality technical services.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of USAID contractual regulations, ensuring full compliance with all terms, conditions, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of project delivery, including contractual obligations, financial oversight, technical performance, client relations, staff management, and business development.
  • Overseeing strategic planning and technical direction of project activities to fulfill objectives, in collaboration with the Chief of Party.
  • Supervising programmatic, technical, financial, contractual, and administrative operations of the project.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; master's degree preferred in international development, international affairs, management, social sciences, or another relevant field.
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience within an international development context, with a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated senior-level and supervisory experience.
  • Significant knowledge and skills in relevant technical areas, such as youth and social inclusion, governance, peacebuilding, MEL/CLA, workforce development, organizational development, AI, and knowledge management.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year
