Zinnia Health is a dynamic and innovative integrated healthcare company that prioritizes the well-being of its employees and clients. We're seeking a skilled Clinical Director to lead our substance abuse facilities in the Denver, CO area.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of our program. This includes managing a team of clinicians, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of licensed professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and addiction counselors.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, CARF, and OSHA.
  • Analyze program outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance client success and program effectiveness.
  • Cultivate relationships with community partners and referral sources.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to manage program budgets and billing processes.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed for clients and staff.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with industry advancements.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMHT, LMFT.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of clinicians and administrative staff.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and billing systems.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
