Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Supervisor to join our team at BrightStar Care. As a Physical Therapy Supervisor, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, establishing goals, and communicating with your team to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
  • Communicate with team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including per-diem, part-time, and full-time
