Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Supervisor to join our team at BrightStar Care. As a Physical Therapy Supervisor, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, establishing goals, and communicating with your team to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to ensure quality care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
