Position Overview: Physical Therapy Supervisor
As a Physical Therapy Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients across various age groups, establishing treatment goals, and collaborating with your team of assistants who will provide direct patient care.
If you appreciate the independence that comes with home health services and enjoy working closely with Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), this position is ideal for you. We invite you to share your passion for physical therapy.
Work Schedule, Compensation & Location:
- Enjoy the flexibility to design your own work schedule
- Earn $65 for each completed visit (lasting under an hour)
- Receive $5 for each visit conducted by PTAs under your supervision
- Compensation is provided on a weekly basis
Daily Responsibilities of a Physical Therapy Supervisor:
In this role, you will lead a team of PTAs to ensure the effective daily management of patient care and oversee their documentation. You will communicate any necessary updates regarding treatment objectives or programs to the PTAs. While you may occasionally conduct patient visits, your primary focus will be on assessments, setting goals, and monitoring patient progress.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- A strong enthusiasm for pediatric care
