Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Staff Development: Recruit, orient, and develop nursing staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality patient care.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
- Competitive Compensation: $45 - $47 per hour.
