Job Responsibilities
  • Handling the judicial dunning process and processing incoming reminders
  • Communicating with debtors, their representatives, clients, and lawyers to resolve disputes and negotiate payment agreements
  • Creating and monitoring payment agreements, initiating enforcement measures, and corresponding with courts and bailiffs
  • Preparing fee statements according to the German Lawyers' Remuneration Act and handing over disputed cases to our contract lawyers
Requirements
  • Completion of training as a legal assistant (m/f)
