Job Overview

Orlans PC, a leading law firm, seeks a skilled professional to progress files through the foreclosure process. This role involves preparing and filing legal documents, managing an inventory of files, and communicating file progression to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor client websites and respond to inquiries, ensuring complete client satisfaction and accurate status updates.
  2. Respond to emails, phone calls, and voicemail messages from clients and vendors, addressing basic questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  3. Run reports to ensure accuracy and compliance, utilizing court dockets to track deadlines and prepare documents.
  4. Perform open-source research to identify addresses for process servers.
  5. Assist in daily functions and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High degree of customer service required.
  • Intermediate computer skills required.
  • Error-free data entry skills required.
  • Detail orientation and task prioritization required.
  • Appropriate email and telephone etiquette required.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure.
