Research Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Nurse Supervisor to join our team at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. As a Research Nurse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in advancing clinical research initiatives and directly impacting the lives of patients facing gynecologic cancers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage research nursing staff to ensure the effective operation of department protocols.
- Coordinate and review team responses to monitoring visits, annual reports, cohort summaries, and Data Safety Monitoring Board toxicity and efficacy data.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and other practices to enhance workflow and performance.
- Ensure excellent and consistent documentation practices by the clinical staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Four years of registered nursing experience, including one year of research nursing and one year of lead/mentor, project management or supervisory experience.
- Current State of Texas professional nursing license (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
