We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unit Clinician to join our team. As a Unit Clinician, you will play a critical role in the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of investigational drugs and biological samples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and collect investigational products, routine medications, and PRN medications as dictated by written orders
- Perform research protocol procedures, including vital signs, blood collection and processing, ECGs, and point of care laboratory tests
- Conduct basic lab procedures, including specimen tube preparation, blood specimen collection, centrifuge operation, and specimen storage and shipping
- Study, learn, and comply with ERG site standard operating procedures, policies, practices, and regulations
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved accredited school of nursing or paramedic program
- Phlebotomy certification (national) preferred
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology to communicate with physician offices and staff
- Able to implement protocol and regulatory requirements in study conduct
