Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of HVAC Operations to lead our service operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume HVAC service providers and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and profitability growth, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead Service Operations Team: Manage and develop a team of service operations managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Ensure Compliance with Company Policies: Ensure all team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Manage Budget and Resources: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive business growth.
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience: In a management role in a HVAC service business or related services company.
- Excellent Management and Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and operations.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Leadership and Motivational Skills: Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
