Eating Disorder Clinical Team Leader

As an Assistant Clinical Director, you will play a vital role in managing clinical functions and leading our team of professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire admission process, ensuring that each client receives a thorough evaluation and personalized treatment plan.
You will also assist in providing effective leadership to our clinical staff, including supervision, training, and performance evaluations. Additionally, you will help develop cost-effective methods to provide service, implement plans for performance improvement, and facilitate communication with ancillary services.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our program leadership to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will also participate in on-call rotations, as identified by site leadership, and perform other duties assigned by site and/or MNA leadership.
To be successful in this position, you will need a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related services field, preferably with knowledge in eating disorders. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with eating disorder clients is required, along with CPR certification and licensure to practice your clinical discipline in the appropriate state.
