We are seeking an experienced Nurse Lead to join our team at Providence Child Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in coordinating clinical operations and activities on your nursing unit.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the nursing unit, providing direct patient care, and maintaining compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality healthcare services to patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate clinical operations and activities on the nursing unit
  • Provide direct patient care and support
  • Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:Education and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing, including experience in long-term care. A current Oregon Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS certification are also required.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $$55.58 - $83.43 per hour, which includes base pay and potential additional compensation for shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
