About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Staff Supervisor to oversee our ambulatory care team at Sunset Medical Plaza Portland. This is a full-time position working day shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clinical support staff and workflows, ensuring quality patient care in a clinic setting.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership and nursing expertise, with a proven track record of maintaining compliance with healthcare standards while fostering a culture of team collaboration and patient-focused service. A key aspect of this position is the delegation and oversight of nursing tasks, enhancing the skills and quality of care provided by the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic
- Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members
- Lead clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological and spiritual needs
- Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures
