Job Title: Certified Junior Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Junior Nurse to join our team at Bronx Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a Certified Junior Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Certified Junior Nurse will be responsible for observing residents, reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse, and taking care of residents' personal hygiene. You will also be responsible for setting up meal trays, documenting food/fluid intake, feeding residents, and serving nutritional supplements. Additionally, you will make beds, keep residents' spaces clean and tidy, transport residents within the facility, and turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to work as a team member
  • Successful completion of a CNA program
  • Current CNA State Certification
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
