Job Title: Certified Nursing Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Associate to join our team at Bronx Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Associate will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' health status to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, shaving, and dressing.
  • Set up and serve meal trays, and document food and fluid intake.
  • Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements as needed.
  • Keep residents' living spaces clean and tidy, and make beds as required.
  • Transport residents within the facility, and assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team member.
  • Successful completion of a CNA program.
  • Current CNA State Certification.
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
