**Key Responsibilities:**

* Observe and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
* Provide personal care to residents, including bed baths, shaving, and other hygiene needs
* Set up and serve meal trays, and document food and fluid intake
* Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
* Maintain a clean and tidy resident space
* Transport residents within the facility
* Prevent bedsores by turning bedridden residents
* Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work as a team member
* Successful completion of a CNA program
* Current CNA State Certification
* Good standing with the State Registry
