Your Responsibilities:
As a CRM Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the sales and financial performance of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing deal escalations and providing management with informed recommendations on approval decisions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across regions to ensure transparency in forecasting and enhance the accuracy of CRM forecasts related to orders, revenue, and gross profit.
  • Supporting target setting and management briefings regarding regional planning and performance metrics.
  • Conducting price erosion analysis and implementing necessary adjustments during the monthly closing process.
  • Delivering insights on product profitability to guide strategic business decisions, including pricing and product mix.
  • Performing market share and win/loss analyses to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Overseeing planning and control for the marketing and sales cost center.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Your Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, marketing, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • A strong passion for digital innovation and its impact on organizational success.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with management effectively.
