Role Summary:

We are seeking a committed Medical Assistant to provide exceptional clinical support and care within our ENT practice. This position entails assisting healthcare providers while ensuring the smooth operation of daily practice activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support healthcare providers in patient management, including measuring vital signs, collecting patient histories, and aiding during examinations and medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with external entities to acquire necessary clinical data and facilitate the ordering of diagnostic tests and imaging.
  • Address patient questions and provide education regarding treatment plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of examination rooms and medical instruments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling patient appointments, documenting interactions, and adhering to compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant certification is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification and a minimum of three years of experience in a medical assistant role.
