Administrative Support Specialist

Windward Communities-Village Green is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Community General Manager/Community Manager, assisting with customer and ongoing resident relations and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community General Manager/Community Manager with administrative and customer service duties on a daily basis.
- Provide top-notch customer service to residents and guests.
- Perform administrative duties, including email correspondence, answering and returning phone calls, and maintaining office organization and supply needs.
- Handle mail and package deliveries.
- Assist with the planning and hosting of community events.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally, in writing, and in person
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
